I wrote this whole post, and then accidentally deleted EVERYTHING and the auto-save hadn’t kicked in. Ugh. So frustrating!
So, I’m going with an abbreviated version…
Sweet chili citrus glazed shrimp with fried rice
Meat loaf with PW’s crash hot potatoes and green beans
Spicy molasses bbq drumsticks with bacon biscuits and veggies
Slow cooker Reubens (or Reuben quesadillas?) and chopped veggie salad with buttermilk dressing (our St. Patrick’s Day meal!)
